I am planning to move to Nashville but recent tornado deaths are pretty scary . (inlcuding damages) How do you deal with tornadoes ? Is it as scary as media makes it ?

How is crime in Nashville ? What are the better (suburbs) areas oif Nashville ? Any suggestions on best places to buy a house in the city ?
