My husband and I are former residents retirees. It was our desire to retire live in Buffalo and enjoy the grands.Buffalo is alright city schools are the pitts except for a few good teachers.Religion is tribel in every area they have and serve their own God and limit themselves with fellowshipping.Employment pitiful, youth programs have become scams to get grants, neighborhoods full of youth and children with nothing to do, landlords own properties in the city live out of state or in suburbs collect rent from section 8 tenants in shaddy areas and life threatening areas,however they have created their own comfort zone in the downtown with their condos and loft apartments design to attract selected bodies.My husband lived there all his life and I 31 yrs.I love the winters but the city has a cloud over it that doesn't encourage you to live there anymore. We not going to discuss the vietnam wars in the streets EVERY day. I suggest sent the rapist,child molesters,murders, and drug dealers to Irag put them on the front line send a message to gang members. Love Tenn very thriving city pleasant people and so much for everyone to enjoy.
