Review of Nashville, Tennessee

Any good hangouts in Nashville, TN?

I will be stopping for a couple nights in Nashville this week and heard downtown had many places to haer live music and have drinks. I'm a single white guy at 33 and I don't know anyone in town. Would like to find new friends to hang out for the night. Any recommendations?
