Nederland is a small town and does not have much to offer if you are not considered an "outdoor" person. The winters are long and the summers are cool, springtime is pretty. The cost of living here is expensive, for food...ect. The commute to work anywhere good is a minumum of 30 to 45 minutes. Alot of natural markets and unique shops and eccentric people. Unless you plan to have a high paying job in Boulder and love to hike, ski and snowboard this is the place for you, If not- I dont suggest living here.
