Lisa, I'm guessing your review is either a 'paid' one, you're a real estate broker or a snowbird; check one.. I have lived here in NPR since 2012 & cannot wait to move I'm over the top ready now; it's definitely not affordable, crime is high in the entire town AND the biggie Pasco County is one of the highest in automobile insurance in the state of Florida due to the bad drivers & many, many accidents & not love taps either.. Food costs are high & stay away from automobile service centers talk about ripoffs.. Cable high, water high & so are the cell phone rates.. Cannot speak to the jobs level since I am retired however, you definitely need more than one paycheck to basically survive in this county & state of Florida for that matter.. Note to potential relocators "Do Your Research" & don't rely on all reviews, comments etc from the Internet you must read between the lines.. FWIW Lisa Stuart If you live here in New Port Richey please learn to spell the town correctly..
