A very different place

Beautiful in archetecture and history even prior to the hurricane, this place has a very inflated cost of living. Touted as a tourist destination it does not live up to most other similar destinations because there is not a diverse economy. They primarily count on tourist dollars and forgot to invest in the infrastructure and educational system in a way that would preserve it's future.
