I came to find this website on mistake looking for realestate in my hometown of New Orleans. At first i wasnt going to leave a remark but after sum of the things ive read it makes me sad that sum people still are ignorant to what goes on here. Ill try to clear sum stuff up first thier is a lot of crime, but that is because the education system is one of the worst in the country. In saying that there are lots of parts of new orleans that have little to no crime at all. the bywater area, lake view, metarie are sum of the better parts. we have a culture like no other, the food, music, people are one of a kind. As a matter of fact ive been to other citys where people wont even speak to u in the morning, not in new orleans. people will ask how are u an not just that but "how ya mama an neem". new orleans is a great place to live. the private schools are the best. they teach u a since of pride and give u the best education and care about u as a student. some of the schools in other cites look at u as a number, but down here they know u an ya mama, thiere is really a 1 on 1 relationship. it make me mad when people talk bad about my city when they dont take the time to learn about it. so im not here to really make people want to come down here, but i would like to shed light on some of the things that are happening. so please feel free to contact me with ? or commens thank you, Kass Robinson (life long resident of the lower ninth ward) ps i saw no caddilac trucks in spike lees when the leeves broke
