Home purchases are still within reach for middle class! Clean air, but can be troublesome for allergies... Friendly people, growing cultural diversity, with vietnamese population and thriving commercial district... The city is another victime of white flight, so urban area schools are rife with poor kids from struggling families... Getting hotter and drier generally in last ten years...
