I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. It's hard to find employment. The most rude and ignorant people live in the Moore community which isn't far from the City. They are racist, miserable, and rude people. The nicest people you'll find will be in the north side of Oklahoma City. The best employment opportunties will be in the northside. The schools are terrible, so finding a school can be difficult. They'd rather pay a lot for fixing up convention centers, downtown, etc. instead of education.
