Review of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Quality of Life
Star Rating - 12/8/2007
Oklahoma is America's best kept secret! Spring brings bright flowers and lots of green trees. It's not a dust bowl. There are thousands of lakes & ponds, The OKC and Tulsa areas have a lot of trees. Small mountains in the south by Lawton and the east toward MO. People are friendly & dependable, like in the 50's. If you get a flat tire [etc], you know someone will soon stop to help you - with no expectation of reward. The bombing memorial is fantastic, lots of museums - cowboy/baseball/firemen/softball etc. Close to other states & historic sites. Will Rogers was right & OK even has a terrific museum for him. & you can still buy a used home 3+1 home for $50K or a new one for $100,000. Very patriotic & VET friendly. Good place to be.
