racially diversified; small minority communities, asian, black, hispanic.
but the larger populations of minorities are intermingled with larger white community. politics is conservative, good representation of all main stream, (not necessarily large)religions. people are easy going and tolerant and pretty much mind their own business in public. City is relatively safe plenty of safe parks, walking and biking trails. water canals downtown, and art communities are growing.
