Middle class community bordered byUniversity City, Ladue, and Creve Coeur. Ladue School district. Home values and home costs have been rising dramatically over last ten years. I don't know how to access price and value. Government working hard to upgrade community image with community input; e.g. garden plots at key intersections, bike path throughout community, reworkiong Highway 170/Olive Interchange. This has been a great community to raise our daughter.
