"West Coast" type city on East coast

I am from Orange County, CA and was relocated to Orlando(Orange County, FL) 3 years ago. Other then the hot, humid weather from May to Sept, it would seem I'm still living in southern CA. Since moving to the east coast, I have traveled around to other cities out here and Orlando is the nicest, cleanest, and most like a "west coast" type city I've seen on the east coast. The weather from Oct to April here is almost exactly like southern CA weather! I would recommend this city to anyone who enjoys living in a progressive, modern, clean and exciting city with pleanty to do, and tons more stuff to do nearby. I actually like Central Florida better then Southern California! ...and the home prices out here are still "half" of what they are in Orange County, CA.
