While some parts of the city seem to be thriving other seems to be dwindling and those “thriving” are not necessarily the one’s the average individual can afford. Orlando is no longer the city Beautiful as they like to portray it. The crime is increasing at alarming rate, downtown commerce is dying, the prices of the houses have skyrocketed and although they are somewhat coming down due to the glut in housing market both sellers and buyers are still being challenged by salaries that have not kept up with the inflation we experiencing. By the way be ready to spend some money going across town because the strategically design and built public access express roads are not free or cheap.
