Economy hasn't changed much

I've lived in Owensboro for much of my life and yes you do have to know someone to get a decent job here. It doesn't matter if you're an outsider or an insider. The one thing it takes to make it in any economic time is initiative. That can be used anywhere, even in Owensboro.
