For anyone looking for a beautiful rural like community just 25 minutes from downtown Los Angeles and can afford Palos Verdes area this is where you want to live. There are no street lights so at night you can actually see the stars, it is a horse community so most lots have to be large enough for a barn (even though most houses don't have a barn). There are white split rail fences throughout the community with horse trails and rings. It is a slice of heaven in L.A. The schools are fantastic and the crime is way below national averages.
