I have retired to Pentwater after coming to Pentwater for summers and weekends my whole life. It is beautiful serene place with a warm caring and active community. This website has got the information on months incorrect. The BEST months to be here are April-May and Sept/Oct. The summer months are wonderful but you have to deal with crowds of visitors. The boutique shops are fun and the eateries are great. The beach, the lake, the pier, and the fishing are awesome.
