Pingree Grove Illinois is down the street 5 min away from one of the most disgusting and horrible areas of Illinois and America, Elgin Illinois! Major major Elgin development coming to land that Pingree grove sold because they are so broke. Soon Pingree grove will be surrounded by Elgin stores and strip malls and Elgin townhomes and subdivisions. Area is done for!
