Long term SF Bay Area Resident

I have for the most part grown up in the SF Bay Area (specifically the East Bay). Having lived here nearly all my life I am very happy with Pleasanton and purchased my first home here 2 years ago. I think ultimately my favorite part of this area is the Cultural Diversity. Yes, its an expensive area to live in, but with great weather and so much to do its the price we pay. Traffic can be frustrating and housing prices are insane but I can't imagine living elsewhere.
