Pleasanton is quite expensive in many areas, but particularly in housing. We live in a home built in 1964 that is 1,540 square feet. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Not upgraded significantly. Does have a fairly new roof. Does have double pane windows and hardwood floors through all bedrooms, hallways and dining area. Value is approximately $650,000
