Great Family Town

Great weather, nice small town feeling with free concerts in the park over the summer months. The public school scores are some of the highest in the nation. Residents are friendly. Safe place to live. Public transportation is good. Close enough to the "big" city of San Francisco to enjoy all the Bay Area culture.
