miserably chilly all year

Has to be the most miserable place on earth to live. It's either windy or foggy all year. Nothing ever drys. The dry grass is mildew gray instead of a pretty golden. Fifty miles of awful road to anywhere. I lived there for 11 years and I think I grew moss for skin!
