Mild in both summer and winter. Cold at nights sometimes goes down to teens in winter. Winter days can go to middle 60's but more around 50. You need furnace on every day.
Lots of windy days. Can be hard on older people espically women. Watch out for the everyday dirt dust devils. Keep your windows gaurded when they come through. ( Shut).
Not much rain at all.
Low humidity around 10%. Lots of sunshine. If it snows it melt real fast. Don't really need a snow shovel.
Cops! They are everywhere and get you for anything. I have never seen so many police in one area. It almost seems like a police state. There are just too many and they want more, 50 more. They will get you sooner or later for driving. Taxes are high and getting higher.
Water is gold here and they just keep putting in more houses. In the next 10 years the growth her will explode from 25,000 now to 300,000. We will have to move soon. With all that people and No water. This place will be a modern day ghost town.
