Better than most cities, the streets are clean and nice, there is alot of improvements, and it is growing pretty crazy. There are alot of HOAs which im not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing on a large level such as this.
The internet is above average city which is not that bad <-- this is IF you have internet options. Some areas still dont have it. Schools are pretty low rated. Considering they only spend like 6 grand a student vs US standard is 12 grand a student. But the schools are not crowded.
There is a great aviation university here which is pretty expensive. Other than that there is a community college.
There really are no busses. I dont have a drivers license, so I bike everywhere which is not bad. It can be windy at times.
After living here its been nice and the people are nice but stay private or to themselves. If you are looking for housing investment this i suppose would be the place.
Like other people have stated. . .There is alot of potential here but it seems to be going nowhere . . Im not sure where all the taxes are going? Parks are nice loads of cool outdoors stuff but nothing else. . . some good medical centers and doctors here also. . . But if you are new to Arizona the health care is kinda pricy compared to some other markets due to lack of compition also Medicade in this state does not have dental for adults.
