Review of Prescott Valley, Arizona

Thinking of moving to Prescott.

My husband and I live in the phoenix valley and LOVE Prescott. We are constanly coming up north for short day trips. He doesn't mind the hot summers in the valley. I hate them. We have two kids, one in middle school one in high school. The valley is so busy and congested, we're used to the slower pace as seems to be up north. I know jobs are hard to come by up there, but we've been applying and if something came our way would this be a smart choice? I want a quiet safe place for our family and good schools. Any info would be great! Thanks!

hello Kim: did you ever move to Prescott Az. I am very interested in moving to that area also, I used to live in Phoenix but moved to Denver. I hate Denver and figured I like to move will move back to Az but I figured I don't want the heat so the best place to live would be Prescott. I am a senior age 69 and feel this place would be best for me. In 2007 I visit that area and found a lot of seniors as well as young couples living there. if any information can be given to me I would really appreciate. Thank you
