Pros:
1. Low crime rate
2. Extremely low cost of living and housing for region
3. Affordable place to live
4. Beautiful view of the mountains
5. Lake recreation at Lake Pueblo nearby

Cons:
1. People have to drive 40 miles to Colorado Springs for work
2. Poor school system
3. Huge meth lab problem
4. You have to travel 50 miles or more for mountain recreation
