The first city I lived in America. Never have I seen or heard a crime issue. Not to mention violence..
It's relly quiet here, esp. at night.

Hi, JingXuan, Welcome to USA. I gather you are a student and from China. The West of the US apart from the mega cities is quiet. I love quiet. I am in my 70's and cannot wait to buy a nice small home in a very quiet place and read and listen to classical music in the quiet until I croak. You, however, have your life before you. At some point you may seek, quiet and time to think and just be still and watch a butterfly or a bee(if any are left) "Nuff said
