To Clint, I used to work near Barry. and have relatives there, we used to sit in Barry and watch the paint dry. it's all about how you look at it, I have lived in a few locations like near St Louis MO and it's a rough place. compared to Quincy. Clint why don't you go for a walk downtown: your choice Chicago or Quincy. Quincy has plenty to do it just takes a little imagination. maybe you could come to Quincy and as a hobby clean the sidewalks you describe as having lit cigarettes on them. when I see trash I pick it up, and have respect for my town, or any town I'm in. Join a church ,get in a bible study. You'll learn things you didn't even think about. Life is what you make it. So make it a good one.
