Continuing To Grow

Quinlan, TX gets a bad rep but it does seem like its changing and it will continue toe evolve. The recently opened bypass will hurt downtime initially but it also will make it safer (less traffic) and maybe allow for an evolution. I think the area will continue to grow as metroplex expands. I wouldn't be surprised to see the area blow up in the next 10 years given its proximity to the Lake and with the WFM movement.
