The Skinny on Raleigh

Raleigh is a great city. I first moved here to go to college at NC State. That was 11 years ago. Once you get settled you will never want to leave. The beach is 2 hours away and so are the mountains. Even though Raleigh may seem rather southern and prejudiced by appearance, the truth is the city is very diverse. You have all of the usual things you would expect: good resturants, nice parks, nice people. Items that you could live with out are the traffic, lots of it everywhere, and you can not park anywhere downtown with out the fear of being towed.
