Raleigh is a great place for families.If you are looking for an affordable,clean,safe place this is it.There are lots of parks,family friendly environments that are easily accessable.
This is not a good place for middle aged people who enjoy single life.
Everyone is looking to get hitched,have babies,get a mini van or suv,get a cookie cutter mcmansion in Cary,Wake Forest,and then start complaining about schools,traffic,growth.
There are no places to walk around,view single life activity other than bars at night.Another boring southern town like Charlotte.
I guess if you like corporate america,suburban life,this place is good.
