Review of Ravenswood, West Virginia

Tree Conservation at Ravenswood High School
Star Rating - 12/17/2015
The Beautiful Oak Trees that surround Ravenswood High School were planted in 1961 by members of the "Civilian Conservation Corps" and several Distinguished Military Officers.

Every student who has ever attended a Science or Biology Class at Ravenswood High School is aware of the importance of trees and the
necessity for oxygen in the environment.

Ravenswood has a nice climate because there is virtually no pollution.

It is Illegal to trim, remove, or alter a Tree that has been planted on private, commercial, or school property.

If an ornamental shrub or tree has been planted on private property, it is Against the Law to prune or trim anything without the permission of the Property Owner.

Many residents of Ravenswood, young and old, have a great respect for the Environment.

In the Summer there are many flowers in bloom near the homes of Ravenswood residents.
