Review of Richmond, Virginia

City Life
Star Rating - 3/25/2008
Richmond is multi-cultural and is always working hard to improve quality of life. Current Mayor Doug Wilder, is a no nonsense kind of guy, and I believe things will continue to improve. City schools have been pretty bad for a long time, but they are definitely on the up swing now. Because of Richmond's mid U. S. Atlantic position, with continuing conscientious attention to its schools, controlling crime, and tightening up of the government, it will soon be a major player in attracting more new businesses. There is some new emphasis on restoring some of the old downtown to it's past charm, which will make the city more attractive to all.
