I moved to Riverdale from Chicago in December of 2012 and after the first week I moved in a woman got carjacked in front of my apartment. During the summer it gets worst. Kids are left unattended, People dancing in the middle of the street, shootings, gang fights, and all this happens on 140th and Tracy street. I hated it when I lived there. Some areas are OK but Tracy street is a mess.
