city with a great quality of life

This is my favorie city of all that I have lived in. The cultural activities are outstanding led by the Eastman School of Music. It is home to several great universities and medical centers. One of my best vacations was piloting a barge through the Erie Canal. Lake Ontario causes snow but it also protects the city from more severe acts of nature. Cost of housing is lower than many parts of the east coast.
