after only 4 months I packed up my bags and left. I came with the wrong impression that this was a laid back and friendly city. To my surprise it is NOT! Drivers in Rochester are horrible...they drive just like they do in NYC, Wash., DC and L.A. They run red lights all the time and throw litter out of their windows on the roads. Road rage happens all day everyday. No wonder it is a dirty and depressing city. Racial tension is so high you could cut it with a knife. More than half of the city is ghetto and you'd think you were in a third world country.
