All the signs are in Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese. It feels like you're in Asia. Housing is crazy, $500,000 for a house that is 60 years old. Life here is expensive and soon English will be the foreign language. Don't recommend even considering here unless you speak and read Mandarin, Korean, etc.

Housing is crazy alright but living expenses is actually lower than many area in Los Angeles. Thanks largely to the influx of Asian immigrants,pricing is all aspect of life (except housing) is surprisingly competitive. If you like diversity and recognize the financial benefits it brings, you will like Rowland Heights.
