Work and no play make the day's flow away!

The area in which I live has the unenviable postion of neighboring San Diego State, the combination of high housing costs and numerous rentals to college students have detracted from my enjoyment of this area. My goal would be to move up the hill and away from the daily flow towards College Ave. The views both east and west are wonderful and the life time neighbors are as friendly as anywhere.
