Expensive to live in SB!

Santa Barbara is the home of the newly wed and nearly dead -- no middle class lives here as folks with kids cannot afford to live hear. We enjoyed living in Santa Barbara for 5 years, but when kids came, we moved. The city after it voted for state water has undergone lots of new development.
