Beautiful Emerald City

Geographically, Seattle is one of the most beautiful
cities in the country. Mountains to the west and east, a volcano to the south, and surrounded by water on a clear day it's stunning! And that's where some folks get hung up, clear days free of cloud cover are rare during the winter. But, when the sun pops out ones appreciation for the beauty is heightened.
Art, theatre, opera, symphony, music of all kinds and food galore also make Seattle a great place to live or visit.
Housing is pricey and getting worse, jobs are pretty abundant - Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, REI, UW, and a host of innovative entrepreneurs and mid to small businesses.
I've been living here for 16 years and don't plan on leaving any time soon.
