Review of Seattle, Washington

Housing is now near LA levels
Star Rating - 1/29/2007
Pressure from succesful hi-tech millionaires and Many Seattle old money-inheritor's have pushed most out of the market to live in the most convienient and attractive places. For instance Bellevue-Kirkland, basically a suberb on the east side of Lake Washington, It will cost at least 750k to buy even a decent house. Of course if you go out further you can do somewhat better but then the traffic is horrendus to get to your job in Bellevue or Seattle.
You just feel sick buying a house for a million that is a cracker box and was only 500k a couple years ago, because of Old Seattel money and new found hi-tech money.
