Review of Seattle, Washington

Need some relocation advice...

I'm planning on relocating to either Seattle or the Twin Cities. Right now Seattle is winning, so to speak, but I'm a bit concerned about the climate. I enjoy a brisk winter and a warm summer - so how often does it snow in Seattle? And what about the summer - does it ever really warm up? Thanks! Joe
