We have had a couple of experiences with Carlos Velategui and they were definitely not good ones. We believe that he is totally incompetent and is not able to handle his responsibilities. My mother, who is an incapacitated person, has lost in significant ways due to Velategui's loyalties. We believe that she has lost several thousands of dollars because of his slanted choices. We believe that he should not be in a position of such power. Other elderly people will continue to lose respect and money because of this man. We are truly at a loss.
