DEATH TRAP

This place is a death trap. Typical of small towns, not only everyone knows your business, they dig hard to find it out. Workplaces here are a joke, but this is a retirement town, not a place to go live if you're working age. People here are WEIRD, and look at you funny. If you aren't there to retire, you are there to be a slave to the retired. There is no living wage around here, and all the locals seem to do is get high. Some choose meth, the rest are stoned on pot. Never coming back here as long as I live.

Spot on assessment. Entering Sequim from the West Side is a giant billboard for a funeral home that says funeral expenses are too high. If that's not a sign that Sequim is a death trap and a place to die, I don't know what is. The sign has been there for over three years now. Why there aren't more people killing themselves out here is beyond me.

Living wages are readily available for those who have chosen a path to it through education or skilled trade. This town was built through hard work and community. It isn't a place to search for unwarranted hand-outs.

Yes, I've changed my mind about Sequim. I've also noticed an abundance of senior citizens wearing their ball caps reversed, cluttering up the tattoo parlors, and the 94 year-old men are buying up any man-bun wigs available. These seniors are abusing alcohol, meth, weed, and wandering aimlessly about town after escaping their memory wards. It's going on 24/7! Seems geriatric patients comprise 100% of this population. Sequim now scares me. I may leave. It seems you made a prudent decision by never coming back to Sequim. I'm considering Seattle, where I can shoot heroin without fear of the law, and be with other millennials.
