this is a working class neighborhood with a riseing number of young families in the aera. close to the beautyful smithspoint beack on fireisland just a few minutes away. there is plenty of history with the william floyd estate and several old town historical sites nearby.
the draw backs are high taxes leftwing liberal house and senate high utility rates,and corrupt school officials that steal millions of tax dollars and get away with it for decades. then ask for more the next year.
william floyd school district may well be the most corrupt in the nation.
we can even boast of a miltimillion dollar comunity pool that after compleation was nearly condemed!
no wonder im looking to leave new york.
