I just moved out of Kimball Township, Michigan, also known as Smith Creek. It WAS a great place to live until I had neighbors move in on 2 acres with more than 7 horses, pigs, goats, dogs and lots of them. Their septic dumped on the pasture and the township offices would do NOTHING! I moved and so did the neighbors across the road from them. Over 15 people lived in one house and I got to enjoy the smell all of the time. BEWARE before purchasing property in Kimball township. The township government will not enforce the ordinances for blight and filth unless of course, you live near one of the township officials! Sickened and disgusted that I was forced out by a bunch of filthy folks like those.
