Housing prices in South Pasadena are very, very high. We have great schools, beautiful historic neighborhoods, and a very small-town feeling in a place 10 minutes by freeway from downtown Los Angeles. We are even closer to Pasadena, a beautiful city, and have a view of the San Gabriel mountains. It's a great place to live... if you can afford it!
