Lovely but expensive

Spearfish is beautiful but there is very little job opportunity. As a result those people who want to advance in their career should avoid Spearfish. On the other hand if you are content with where you are at and do not have a desire to move up in the world, Spearfish is a wonderful place to settle down and raise a family.

Could you possibly tell me about the flood of 2008? Could you tell me where to stay away from as far as neighborhoods etc... if looking to move there? I would like to look for a home in that will not be prone to any flooding if possible. Thank you.
