Steubenville, Ohio is an AWFUL place to live! I've lived here the last 5 years, and while it was purely because I was attending the University, I'd never stay living in this area. The court system is awful and unfair, and if you're moving from a big city or suburban area to Steubenville, you'll be greatly disappointed. Also, it's a relatively well-known fact that local businesses will hire locals over FUS students/grads any day, despite how qualified you may be. Really discern your reasons for moving here; this is not the "heaven" that some people make it out to be.
