A Little About Sullivan City.

Sullivan is divided by two sections, South and North, by Highway 83.
Each side has its own Elementary. (Benavides(N) and (S)SamFordyce)
The Population is more dense on the North side of the city.
The cost of living on Sullivan City is significantly lower to those
of the average # on U.S.A. In overall Sullivan is a cheap place to
to live in, and with the constant population growth, Sullivan City will
soon surpassed its surrounding cities.
